Petals displayed an arrangement on website displaying sunflowers. They rang me to check they were not paramount in my choice as they had none in stock and asked if I was happy for substations. The call was within minutes of my online order and the arrangement they delivered promptly was stunning.

The Florist went out of her way to deliver two vases of flowers to my Aunt's neighbours one whose house number I knew and one I didnt. I live in Australia so having a reliable florist is very important. One of the neighbours had gone on a weeks holiday and she advised that she would make a new arrangement and deliver when they returned and sell the one she had made. How wonderful is that! I will DEFINITELY be using this Florist again
